How to lose 500 calories a day without losing health
A healthy weight loss does not necessarily require a formal program of aerobic exercises.
It is shown that aerobic exercise (exercise that requires a longer daily activity to accelerate the pulse rate to a given p.ej.120 beats per minute) provides benefits and is a good way to lose excess calories and reduce stress.
But there are also less formal ways of increasing the level of activity to prevent accumulation of unwanted calories.
A loss of 500 calories a day represents a weekly loss of about 400 grams in weight. Remember that you can get rid of these if you do not consume 500 calories a day or so lead a more active ... or better yet, two things at once.
Dietary changes
Each of the changes here are for a reduction of 250-300 calories per day:
* Reduce the amount about 100 grams of meat consumed daily.
* Cut two tablespoons daily consumption of butter, margarine or oil.
* Drink a pint less than sugary soft drinks and beer.
* Do not take sweets, candy, or nuts.
Changes in physical activity
Each of the changes here are for a reduction of 250-300 calories.
* Walk to moderate pace for 60 minutes daily. This can be divided into small walks during the day.
* Taking care of the garden or the garden for 50 minutes daily.
* Practice swimming for 30 minutes daily.
* Riding a bike for 25 minutes daily.
If you lose about 500 calories a day, will have lost 400 grams in a week. And no need to starve or any strenuous exercise.
